The Team Management Profile is an internationally respected psychometric tool that helps individuals and teams understand their work preferences and how they contribute to team success. With over 2.5 million profiles completed globally, the TMP provides a practical framework for improving collaboration, communication, and performance.

The TMP explores how people prefer to organise themselves and others, make decisions, gather and use information, and relate to colleagues. These preferences are mapped onto the Margerison-McCann Team Management Wheel, identifying each person’s major and related team roles.

How we use the TMP
