There can come a time where disciplinary action is required in order to address undesirable behaviour in the workplace. We can assist you throughout this process including required documentation, attending required meetings, advising on the best course of action and making sure the process is conducted in a fair and reasonable manner.

Receiving a personal grievance from your employee can also be the start of a stressful period. We can review any personal grievance and advise on your risk or exposure and best course of response. We can also represent you directly to the employee’s representative, or at mediation to attempt early resolution. While we find that most matters are resolved at mediation, we can refer you to our EMA Legal team for any further representation needs at the Employment Relations Authority or Court.
